About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager Specialised Nutrition to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety in our specialised nutrition products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality projects and programs.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage and investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
