Job Title: IT Applications Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of all IT applications for our Netherlands & Belgium business. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient business operations, supporting strategic objectives, and fostering a cohesive and high-performing team environment.

Your main tasks include:

  • Managing a team of experts and external consultants.
  • Overseeing the management of all IT systems & solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA, e-Commerce systems, Salesforce, Tableau, and integrations with 3rd party.
  • Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for the IT Competence Center aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Ensuring successful project execution, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Facilitating regular communication with business leaders to provide updates on project status, system performance, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Monitoring and managing the performance, availability, and stability of SAP systems and other applications.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing system issues, bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities.
  • Providing oversight and guidance for the SAP support team.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in information technology, business management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge in one or more areas of SAP S/4 HANA modules (such as SD, MM, FICO, or EWM) or deep expertise in ABAP / Basis.
  • Experience in wholesale distribution, eCommerce, and/or pharmaceutical domains is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • An analytical, solution-oriented, and result-driven personality with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
