We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at Envalior. As a key member of our global supply chain organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and reliable transportation of goods to our customers.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled logistics professional to work closely with our international teams, driving improvement projects and enhancing our delivery performance. As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Transport Planning: Creating deliveries that are forwarded to our contracted carriers in collaboration with our logistic service providers.
  • Transport Coordination: Resolving transport-related issues by collaborating with suppliers and peers in customer service, supply planning, and warehousing.
  • Performance Management: Reporting and managing the "On Time" performance for carriers within your domain and collaborating with logistics service providers and peers to improve this performance when it falls below target.
  • Improving Transport: Analyzing your portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement, and reporting to the logistics management team.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing transport plans to meet customer requirements.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve transport-related issues and improve delivery performance.
  3. Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance transport efficiency.
  4. Executing improvement projects to drive business growth and employee development.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in transportation and logistics.
  • Proven communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across various functions.
  • A learning and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • A hands-on attitude, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
