Technical Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the Building Management System and Equipment Management System, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and contractors, ensuring seamless execution of maintenance and calibration tasks.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance and calibration procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular asset monitoring and maintenance activities, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Prepare and write technical reports and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely communication of maintenance and calibration activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical environment, with a strong understanding of maintenance and calibration principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and contractors.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of Dutch an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
