Senior Procurement Manager for Radar Systems

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our team at Thales Netherlands. As a key member of our Procurement organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Radar business by managing and coordinating procurement activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, project management, or supply chain management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and interacting with senior management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
The salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

- Manage and coordinate procurement activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve procurement goals
- Interact with senior management to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in International Business, Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
- Multiple years of experience in procurement, project management, or supply chain management
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and deliver business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
