We are a team of passionate engineers at Thales, committed to delivering innovative radar and mission system products and solutions. Our engineering delivery team is responsible for all engineering activities, from concept definition to verification, validation, and qualification.

As a Work Package Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team's success by coordinating internal teams and conducting work package activities to reach project completion within technical, industrial, and financial constraints. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver your work package on time, at the defined cost, and quality.

The main tasks as a Work Package Manager include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within agreed-upon budgets, timelines, and scopes
  • Effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members
  • Coaching and supporting project team members with assigned tasks

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in Project Management of complex projects and coordination of various technical activities
  • Graduated with a Bachelor or Master of Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant field, with significant experience in project management
  • Recognized as a self-motivated leader, willing to engage and develop your team using collaborative work and challenging approaches
  • Analytical, dynamic, and autonomous
  • Good knowledge of subcontract and work package management (IPMA-C or D is a plus)
  • Ability to produce synthetic and quality reports
  • Demonstrated knowledge in financial, workload plan, and risks management
  • Familiarity with bidding process

**Salary Range**

The estimated annual salary for this position is between €65,000 - €90,000 depending on your qualifications and experience.
