Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-sales Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and expanding our global ecosystem of strategic partners and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to align on new target partners and provide ongoing technical and growth support to existing partners.
  • Engage with target partners to foster collaboration towards joint embedded/white label offerings that provide unique market value.
  • Lead the solutioning component of the partner discovery process to maximize Sovos product penetration and address unforeseen technical, compliance, and GTM challenges.
  • Ensure continuous knowledge transfer with Sovos subject matter experts in Product and Compliance, providing key market feedback.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Partner Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and the Compliance Team to include partners in the Account Planning process, ensuring the partner solution is well understood and maximizing co-sell motions to drive new bookings and revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with partner Product and Compliance leaders to establish trust and respect, driving ongoing value creation for new and existing partner use-cases.
  • Represent Sovos at marketing events, customer advisory boards, and user groups, showcasing thought leadership.
  • Partner with key Product & Professional Services resources to ensure effective implementation experiences for partners.
  • Act as an escalation point for support queries requiring partner-specific input to resolve customer issues.
  • Exhibit integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate initiative, drive, and determination to achieve results, success, and growth.
  • Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, engagement, and commitment to action.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in tax and/or ERP technology consulting or a similar role within the enterprise software industry.
  • Proven understanding of the global tax compliance landscape, accounting basics, and indirect tax processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with sophisticated enterprise integration scenarios, including IaaS, APIs, webhooks, etc.
  • Previous experience supporting partners in pre-sales, professional services, or support capacities.
  • Strong team orientation with a history of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize activities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
