Role Overview
Within the Customer Support division, you will take charge of developing the services and spare parts portfolio for both the existing Inert Gas Systems and the rapidly expanding Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Crafting service packages. Formulating service portfolios based on conceptual designs from Sales Engineers and client requirements. Gathering technical and commercial insights from relevant OEMs regarding maintenance, spare parts, and additional services. Potentially collaborating with OEMs to develop new services. Producing marketing materials and specifications. Enhancing and evaluating the profitability of offered service packages. Providing support to relevant Alfa Laval entities globally.Candidate Profile

Additionally, you possess:
A Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an international high-tech environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. A creative yet organized mindset. A customer-focused and commercially aware disposition.
