About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at Sofico. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our proprietary ERP software, Miles, at our customers' sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand customer needs.
  • Analyze requirements and design functional and technical solutions.
  • Configure and manage the Miles ERP system, including data migrations and reporting tools.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure successful implementation and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in software implementation projects, preferably with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
