We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Sofico. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our proprietary ERP software, Miles, at our customers' sites.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in requirements gathering workshops and analyze customer requirements to design functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and manage the configuration of functional solutions, perform data migrations, and develop reporting tools.
- Manage all technical aspects of the system, including batches, security, and testing.
- Negotiate with customers to validate solutions and ensure product consistency.
- Several years of experience with software implementation projects, preferably in the automotive finance or leasing industry.
- Fluency in English, as we are an international company.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and/or reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects, is a plus.
