About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at Sofico. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing our proprietary ERP software, 'Miles', at our customers. This involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and implementing solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand customer needs
- Analyze requirements and design solutions that meet those needs
- Implement solutions using our ERP software, 'Miles'
- Provide technical support and training to customers
Requirements
- Several years of experience with software implementation projects
- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and/or reporting tools (Crystal reports, Business Objects...)
- Fluency in English
