Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at Sofico. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing our proprietary ERP software, Miles, at our customers' sites.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand customer needs.
- Analyze requirements and design functional and technical solutions.
- Negotiate with customers to validate solutions and ensure product consistency.
- Manage technical aspects of the system, including batches, security, and testing.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary project team to deliver successful implementations.
- Several years of experience with software implementation projects, preferably in the automotive finance or leasing industry.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system needs.
- Fluency in English, as well as a strong interest in understanding and documenting business processes.
