Job Description

As our Healthcare Evidence Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality non-interventional studies (ONIS) for priority assets across the MIDI region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic international Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies, ensuring effective communication of results to drive internal and external decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to lead the development and delivery of ONIS studies for priority assets
  • Design, execute, and oversee RWE studies, ensuring effective communication of results
  • Develop study protocols and tailored publication plans to increase awareness of generated evidence
  • IDentify critical evidence gaps, study concept development, and result dissemination
  • Oversight of study quality, scientific content, resources, project plan, budgets, and vendor management
  • Explore research opportunities, potential data sources, and their applicability for RWE generation
  • Prepare scientific abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts for conferences and/or peer-reviewed journals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, MD) or Master's degree (MBA, MSc) in Epidemiology or related field with at least 2 years of experience in designing and running RWE studies
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or CRO, ideally across multiple phases of development/commercialization
  • Strong practical knowledge of epidemiology/RWE methods, data sources, and analytical methods
  • Preferably knowledge of healthcare systems in countries within the MIDI region
  • Excellent command of the English language, with additional European languages a plus
