About the RoleAs a Regional Operations Lead, you will be responsible for achieving operational excellence within the KDN organization, both globally and regionally. You will establish credibility with key Member Firm leaders, regional and global stakeholders to drive KDN adoption. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing strategies to support growth of Powered Enterprise and other global solutions
- Actively reviewing sales opportunities and maintaining quality of services delivered
- Providing daily leadership to Regional Solutioning team of architects and specialists
- Working closely with the KDN Advisory Operations team to enhance core and foundational KDN Advisory processes
You will face the following challenges in this role:
- The world of global advisory, audit and tax compliance services for large multi-nationals is rapidly changing and heavily dependent on technology
- The KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is a KPMG special purpose member firm offering a way for clients to leverage KPMG top talent and technology platforms
- Through regional teams of specialists, enabling economies of scale and a new way of working that expands beyond local capability

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in a Sales and Delivery leadership role in a professional services environment
- Experience in professional services firms or related field
- Experience in leading and delivering large technology and functional transformations for clients
- Familiarity with Powered Enterprise and other enterprise transformation solutions
- Experience in leading senior technical and functional team members
- Experience working with and managing global teams
- Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team schedules
- Ability to travel Internationally as required
KPMG Source (JIRA & Confluence) experience is preferred.
