Sales Manager Benelux Lead

Kardex Mlog is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Benelux operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal departments to drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Benelux region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to inform business decisions
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in the Benelux region. You will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and several years of experience in sales, preferably in the intralogistics industry.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will also be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
