Sales Manager Benelux

Kardex Mlog is a leading provider of integrated material flow systems and automated high-bay warehouses. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Benelux region.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new customers and sales opportunities in the Benelux market and defined target industries.
- Establish and develop a customer base in the Benelux target market.
- Develop and implement intelligent sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct continuous market observation and competitive analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Create intralogistics concepts, budgets, offers, and calculations to meet customer needs.
- Present to customers and track opportunities to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Conduct contract negotiations to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or technical studies with relevant professional experience or comparable.
- Several years of professional experience in sales of (intra-)logistics systems in the Benelux region would be an advantage.
- Strong customer orientation with an eye for technical and economic realization possibilities.
- Structured, independent way of working as well as a high degree of responsibility and reliability.
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and English, German and/or French would be an asset.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 30-50%).
