About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in New Energy Benelux. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for acquiring strategic international projects with our EPCs and EU customers, particularly in the energy transition segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project sales activities across all phases
- Identify decision-makers within projects
- Prepare and negotiate project proposals
- Develop sales strategies to secure project scope
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
Requirements
- Engineering degree, preferably mechanical or industrial engineering
- Experience in project negotiation and coordination
- Knowledge of foreign cultures and business behaviors
- Business fluent English
