We are seeking a R&D Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and organize multi-disciplinary projects, including project planning, expectations, deliverables, and risk identification.
  • Manage multi-disciplined projects, including leadership roles, technical content, and subcontracting work.
  • Deliver industrialized products to operations, ensuring compliance with specifications and manufacturing cost targets.
  • Conduct technology and feasibility assessments.
  • Represent project considerations in annual budget efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience with project leadership and/or management.
  • Experience in a multinational innovation-driven organization.
  • Able to cope with uncertainty in projects running inside a fast-paced complex environment.
  • Experience with R&D, working in R&D environment.
  • Managing multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative and problem-solving.
  • Spoken and written Dutch and/or English.

  • Willingness to participate in different project teams.
  • Ability to carry out personal tasks effectively and to manage multiple tasks professionally.
  • Hardworking, organized, self-motivated, and passionate about getting things done.
  • Capable of working as a standout colleague or independently with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Motivated to collaborate, to share information, and to strive for maximum team results.

Remuneration:

A competitive salary, pension scheme, 30 days annual leave, and a pleasant working environment.

A Dutch work permit is obligatory. No need to apply without holding this valid document. For this role, applicants need to live within commuting distance from Delft.
