Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Planning Specialist to join our team at Olympia, working closely with the Belastingdienst in Heerlen. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective planning strategies, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization. You will work closely with our team leaders, supervisors, and central planning to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing work schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity;
- Developing and maintaining capacity models and Workforce Management systems;
- Providing valuable insights and recommendations for future resource allocation and talent development;
- Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, including occupancy and availability;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of planning principles and practices;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Experience with Workforce Management tools is a plus;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
