Job Title: Medewerker Planning Belastingdienst

We are seeking a skilled Medewerker Planning Belastingdienst to join our team at Olympia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our planning processes.

About the Role:

As a Medewerker Planning Belastingdienst, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of our team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our operations run efficiently and effectively, while also identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement planning strategies to meet business objectives;
  • Coordinate and manage the work of team members to ensure timely completion of tasks;
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication;
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively;
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • MBO 4 work and thinking level;
  • Excellent proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with WorkForce Management tools is an asset;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Minimum 32 hours of availability per week.
