About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Support Manager to lead our team of customer support representatives at DTCjob.com. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address customer needs and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance customer support skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and service protocols through quality assurance and reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in customer support software and tools, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Empathy, patience, problem-solving orientation, and a customer-first mindset.
