Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, delivering clear and accurate communication.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the customer support system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager for further assistance.
- Assist customers with the proper use of products/services and educate them on self-service options.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service processes.
- Work with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) or willingness to learn.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Empathy, patience, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.
