Customer Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, delivering clear and accurate communication.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the customer support system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager for further assistance.
  • Assist customers with the proper use of products/services and educate them on self-service options.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service processes.
  • Work with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) or willingness to learn.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Empathy, patience, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.
