Customer Experience Specialist

BeBee Professionals is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical assistance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints

Provide technical assistance and support to clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools

Strong customer service orientation
