Job Description
The Credit Risk Model Development/Retail&SME Cross-Model Analytics team is looking for a senior colleague to lead the management of overarching activities related to model lifecycle and strategy for Retail&SME IRB and IFRS9 models. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for assessing model feedback, defining improvement actions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess model feedback for all credit risk Retail&SME models and define improvement actions.
  • Ensure resolution of model-related issues and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Perform analysis in response to requests from internal model validation function, internal and external audit, and the regulator.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on model lifecycle-related topics and internal/external requirements.
  • Assess the impact of new/changed regulations and market developments on model strategy.
  • Ensure clear implementation and maintenance of model data requirements across the organization.

Requirements
  • An academic degree in econometrics, physics, statistics, or mathematics.
  • Good knowledge of Basel and IFRS 9 models and experience in developing expert-based or statistical credit risk models.
  • Experience in using data modeling software/coding (C++, Java, Python, R, and/or SAS).
  • A proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English.
