Position Overview
As a key player in our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of machinery, conducting quality assessments, and meeting production timelines.
The role of a welding technician encompasses the following responsibilities:
- Operate welding and utility machinery according to specified work orders and technical drawings.
- Prepare and adjust welding and utility machines based on the provided setup plans, making necessary modifications as required.
- Measure products to verify compliance with technical specifications.
- Evaluate the quality of visible surfaces to ensure standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment.

Qualifications
To be successful as a production operator, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum MBO level education.
- Technical affinity with metalworking processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or a willingness to learn.
- Independent work ethic with a focus on quality.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
Compensation and Benefits
