Job Title: Certification Documentation Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Documentation Specialist to join our team at PACCAR Global Engines. As a key member of our Certification Development team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining certification documentation for our engine and aftertreatment products.
Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain certification documentation (AECD / AES / OBD) including discussing content of emissions and OBD documentation, authoring parts of the documentation with consultation of technical experts, reviewing and tracking changes, and guiding the editing, reviewing and approval process
* Review technical implementation of emission control system with a view to identify AECDs
* Advise and guide development team to ensure emission control system meets legal requirements regarding AECD
* Authoring and maintaining engine test standards related to emission testing
* Maintain and improve documentation process improvements
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
* Experience with (heavy duty diesel) engines and aftertreatment; calibration and/or On-Board Diagnostics background
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills are mandatory
* Advanced English skills are mandatory
* Knowledge in using DITA and associated documentation tools
* Structured working approach combined with pleasure to work in teams
* Challenged by securing technical knowledge into documentation
* Pro-active attitude and the ability to work with many different people and organizations
