Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will design and maintain user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate with product teams on the design and development of new features. Your role also includes ensuring high-quality code and optimizing applications for performance, with a focus on maintainability for both yourself and your colleagues.
You will keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance user experience, discerning which trends are valuable and which are not worth pursuing. As a senior professional, you will review the code of others to uphold the highest quality standards and mentor your peers in best coding practices.

Who You Are
You are already well-versed in this role and possess the seniority, knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to guide others in achieving top-tier coding standards. You thrive on driving impactful changes and making a lasting impression.
To be successful, you:
- Reside in the Netherlands and hold a permanent work permit.
- Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, along with at least 10 years of proven experience in backend Python development.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in backend/full-stack software development across all project phases, from development and testing to production delivery within the real-time data sector.
- Exhibit exceptional English communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
