Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will design and maintain user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate with product teams in the design and development of new features. Additionally, you will uphold high coding standards and optimize applications for performance, while ensuring code readability for efficient future maintenance.
You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance user experience and possess the ability to discern which trends are genuinely beneficial. As a senior professional, you will also review the code of others to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards. You are committed to sound coding principles and can mentor others in these practices.

Who You Are
We believe you already understand this role intuitively. To thrive in our environment, you must possess the seniority, expertise, skills, and experience necessary to guide others in achieving the highest coding standards. You are driven by the desire to implement significant changes and leave a lasting impact.
Additionally, you:
- Reside in the Netherlands and hold a permanent work permit.
- Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, along with at least 10 years of proven experience in backend Python development.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in backend/full-stack software development across all project phases, from development and testing to production delivery within the real-time data sector.
- Exhibit exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
