Key Responsibilities
As a Team Lead Outfitting, you will be responsible for leading an outfitting engineering team during the basic and detailed engineering phases of shipbuilding projects. You will oversee the detailed engineering of outsourced packages, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will advise on work breakdown structures and effectively allocate man-hour budgets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field combined with at least five years of experience in outfitting systems engineering. You should be proficient in 2D and 3D systems, preferably Cadmatic or Catia, with experience in ships or offshore installations. Experience in leading mid-size engineering teams of up to ten people and structuring work packages effectively is also required.
Working Conditions
You will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, collaborating with vendors, subcontractors, and Good Engineering Practices. A strong focus on quality and budget awareness is essential. Proficiency in Dutch, German, and English languages, both written and verbal, is required. Permanent EU citizenship and passport are also necessary.
