Job Description:
The Head of Airfreight EMEA will be responsible for leading our air freight business in Europe, focusing on commercial leadership and driving growth through new products and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive air freight product sales and business development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate newly acquired industry-specific products into existing operations.
- Identify and target key clients in sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Healthcare.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive sales and align with strategic goals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in air freight product management, with senior operations, sales, and commercial experience.
- Proven track record of success in procurement and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership experience, preferably within the forwarding industry.
- Experience managing P&L and cross-functional logistics operations.
- Ideally based across Europe, bonus for Western Europe or Benelux region.
