Job Description

We are looking for a Managing Consultant to lead consulting engagements focused on optimizing operational performance, driving efficiency, and fostering innovation within consumer goods and manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer & manufacturing, with expertise in operating model design, process improvement, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement operating models that align with client objectives, leveraging industry best practices and innovative methodologies.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Provide expertise in supply chain optimization, including distribution network design, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
  • Advise clients on digital transformation strategies, leveraging technology to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of operating model transformations.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues and clients.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

  • Consumer & Manufacturing experience, including expertise in operating model design, process improvement, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in consulting roles, with a focus on consumer goods and/or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead client engagements and manage project teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English languages.
