HR Assistant Compensation

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Assistant Compensation & Benefits to join our team in Delft. As a key member of our HR Offices & Yards department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Compensation & Benefits team.
Your Role:You will be working closely with our Compensation & Benefits team to assist with various tasks, including data analysis, report preparation, and software management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to compensation and benefits, using tools such as Excel spreadsheets and databases;
- Supporting the execution of market research and benchmarking studies;
- Providing general administrative support to the Compensation & Benefits and HR teams, including tasks such as preparing reports and managing software programs;
- Preparing management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a hands-on approach, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Additionally, you will need to have:
- A relevant HBO degree in Business Finance or HR, or a similar field;
- Excellent administrative skills and experience with data processing in Excel;
- Knowledge of HR processes, particularly in the area of Compensation & Benefits;
- Experience with personnel management systems, preferably SAP/Succesfactors;
- Proficiency in both English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
