Job Title: HR Assistant Compensation & Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Assistant Compensation & Benefits to join our team in Delft. As a key member of our HR Offices & Yards department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Compensation & Benefits team.

Your Role:

You will be working closely with our Compensation & Benefits team to assist with various tasks, including data analysis, report preparation, and software management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to compensation and benefits.
  • Supporting the development of compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Preparing management reports and presentations.
  • Managing HR software programs and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant HBO degree in Business Finance or HR or a similar field.
  • Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, particularly compensation and benefits.
  • Experience with HR software programs, preferably SAP/Succesfactors.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
