About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Neways Electronics International NV. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading programs from ideation to execution, working closely with technology managers and business development managers to define project roadmaps, and collaborating with technical development teams to build new propositions and features.
Your Responsibilities
- Define projects, gather requirements, and develop detailed project/business cases
- Coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy programs with the business and customer
- Lead programs through transition from ideation to execution and represent Neways in customer discussions
- Research customer requirements and lead the business case from initiation to scale production
- Develop stakeholder communication and strong E2E collaboration with stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with technical development teams to build new propositions, features, and programs
- Work on mission-critical programs for the company
- Engage with projects and work in natural teams to align on phases, cost, and objectives
Your Profile and DNA
We are looking for a passionate professional with strong technical acumen, a 'can-do' mindset, and customer focus. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-tech B2B industry, specifically in the field of semicon, smart mobility, or connectivity, including technical project or program management experience.
