Employer Branding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employer Branding Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Your Role

You will be the first point of contact for global employer branding topics and will work closely with our Corporate Communications and Marketing departments to strengthen our employer brand. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing target group-oriented content for our Career site, LinkedIn page, and other channels
  • Working with the talent acquisition team to strengthen our employer brand
  • Managing our career website and developing a toolbox for employer branding
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners in countries to implement employer branding strategies
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an employer branding specialist, content specialist, or recruitment marketing advisor in a corporate environment
  • Extensive experience with (target group) campaigns, (online) media, and Google analytics
  • A passion for collaboration and a willingness to work in an international team
