Employer Branding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employer Branding Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand by developing and implementing global Employer Branding processes and strategies.

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing target group-oriented content for our Career site, LinkedIn page, and other channels
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen our employer brand
  • Managing our career website and developing a toolbox for employer branding
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners in countries to implement Employer Branding strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field
  • 5+ years of experience as an Employer Branding Specialist, Content Specialist, or Recruitment Marketing Advisor in a corporate environment
  • Extensive experience with (target group) campaigns, (online) media, and Google Analytics
  • A passion for collaboration and a willingness to work in an international team
