Your Role as a Design Manager (MCF/Data Centers)

In this key position, you will leverage your extensive knowledge in architectural design to lead projects that meet the high standards of our international clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing project scope, design budgets, and contractual agreements;
  • Facilitating collaboration among a diverse team of specialists and external stakeholders;
  • Driving innovative design solutions and implementing necessary modifications;
  • Articulating and presenting creative concepts and designs to clients and team members.

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will engage in cross-border collaboration, both in-office and remotely. Your contributions will not only enhance project outcomes but also improve internal processes and foster knowledge sharing within your field.

Work Environment

At Royal HaskoningDHV, you will be part of a global network dedicated to delivering exceptional consultancy services to data center clients. Collaborate with experts across various disciplines, including engineering, architecture, and fire safety, to create state-of-the-art designs for data centers.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial individual with a Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing design, engineering, and construction projects. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch and/or German is advantageous. Strong communication skills are a must as you will interact with clients and team members on a regular basis.
