About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Host at the Babylon Hotel The Hague. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Assist guests with information and directions, and provide recommendations for local attractions and services.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, amenities, and local area.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
