Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sanding operative to join our team at Fender Innovations B.V. As a sanding operative, you will be responsible for sanding our marine fender systems into the perfect shape. You will work with great precision, keep your workplace tidy and well-ordered, and appreciate direct and open communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Sanding our marine fender systems into the perfect shape.
  • Carrying out interim checks of the radius and dimensions of the sanded fender systems.

Requirements:

  • Being eager to learn.
  • Being good with your hands.
  • Having an eye for detail.
  • Experience with sanding is not required.
  • Precision and dimensional accuracy.
  • A driving licence, category B minimum.
  • Command of spoken and written Dutch and/or English.
  • No 9-to-5 mentality.
