Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team at PowerField and PowerGo, a fast-growing organization in the sustainable energy sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, realization, and management of sustainable energy projects.


About the Role:



  • The HSEQ Advisor will be responsible for assessing new legislation and regulations and their relevance for our organization, making policy proposals, especially in the areas of health, safety, environment, and quality, and effectively implementing the policy within the organization.
  • They will also carry out, supervise, or test global and in-depth Occupational Health and Safety Risk Inventories and Evaluations (RI&Es) and provide information and training.

Requirements:



  • A good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
  • An affinity with sustainable energy and the energy transition;
  • At least a HBO working and thinking level;
  • Successful completion of a recognized training course in HSEQ;
  • Experience in carrying out in-depth RI&Es;
  • Knowledge of the Working Conditions Act and regulations and of relevant standards in this area.

What We Offer:



  • A market-based salary based on knowledge and experience, estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience;
  • 25 vacation days based on full-time employment and the option to purchase 10 additional vacation days per year;

  • An electric lease car, laptop, and mobile phone;
  • A contract for a period of one year with the intention to extend to permanent employment;
  • Possibility to work (partly) from home.

Working Environment:


We have offices in Wormer, Groningen, Copenhagen, and Valencia, and a growing number of colleagues spread throughout Europe. For this position, it is desirable that you live in the Netherlands and speak the Dutch language.
