Your Role

As a Health, Safety, and Environment Specialist at PowerField and PowerGo, you will play a crucial part in the development, realization, and management of sustainable energy projects. Your work will have a significant impact within and outside the organization.

With a focus on 32-40 hours per week, you will be involved in the creation of sustainable energy projects in the field of solar parks, energy storage, and the rollout of the charging network.

You will work closely with your colleagues from HSEQ Risk & Compliance to create a sustainable world. Your role will be instrumental in formulating policy, frameworks, and guidelines in the field of our projects and organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Assessing new legislation and regulations and their relevance for our organization.
• Making policy proposals, especially in the areas of health, safety, environment, and quality.
• Effective implementation of the policy within the organization.
• Carrying out, supervising, or testing global and in-depth Occupational Health and Safety Risk Inventories and Evaluations (RI&Es).
• Providing information and training.

Your Profile

At PowerField and PowerGo, you will work in a fast-growing organization. It is essential that you can work from different perspectives and have the following competencies:

• A good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
• An affinity with sustainable energy and the energy transition.
• At least a HBO working and thinking level.
• Successfully completed a recognized training course in HSEQ.
• Experience in carrying out in-depth RI&Es.
• Knowledge of the Working Conditions Act and regulations and of relevant standards in this area.
