About this role

As an HSEQ Advisor at PowerField and PowerGo, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's approach to health, safety, and environmental sustainability.

This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of sustainable energy and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable advice.

You will work closely with the HSEQ Risk & Compliance team to develop and implement policies, frameworks, and guidelines that support our projects and organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing new legislation and regulations, making policy proposals, and implementing effective solutions within the organization.

Additionally, you will carry out, supervise, or test global and in-depth Occupational Health and Safety Risk Inventories and Evaluations (RI&Es) and provide information and training to colleagues.

About you

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in HSEQ, a good command of the Dutch and English language, and experience in carrying out in-depth RI&Es.

You should have a good understanding of the Working Conditions Act and regulations and relevant standards in this area.
