Strategic Supply Chain Data Analyst

About the Role:
As a key member of our team at Redcare Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in driving business success through data-driven decision making. Your expertise in advanced data analysis and forecasting will enable us to optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless delivery of essential medications to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge data analysis techniques to enhance process efficiency and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance demand forecasting models, directly impacting customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
- Lead initiatives to improve the demand and supply planning tool, working closely with software providers to ensure continuous enhancement.
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to drive improvements in reporting, delivering actionable insights that inform business strategy.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, fostering smooth collaboration and alignment across departments.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, statistics, or a related field, with a strong academic grounding.
- Minimum of two years of experience in data analytics, preferably in supply chain or demand & supply planning.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Pivot, with experience in R or Python a valuable asset.
- Advanced knowledge of demand and supply planning tools, with expertise in forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization.
- Fundamental understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
