About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Redcare Pharmacy. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analysis techniques to develop cutting-edge solutions for process optimization, using large datasets to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage advanced data analysis techniques to develop cutting-edge solutions for process optimization.
  • Refine and enhance demand forecasting models and strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the demand and supply planning tool in collaboration with the software provider.
  • Drive improvements in reporting through close collaboration with the Business Intelligence team.
  • Take on projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Innovate and introduce forward-thinking ideas to continuously improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree with a focus on business, statistics, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in data analytics, ideally within the supply chain or demand & supply planning field.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Pivot.
  • Have advanced knowledge of demand and supply planning tools.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
