About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Business Analyst Supply Chain to join our team in Sevenum, Netherlands. As a key member of our Supply Chain Excellence department, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our operations and supply chain processes. With your analytical skills and expertise, you'll drive efficiency and smooth end-to-end logistics.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cutting-edge solutions for process optimization using advanced data analysis techniques and large datasets.
- Refine and enhance demand forecasting models and strategies to drive customer satisfaction and business success.
- Lead initiatives to improve the demand and supply planning tool in collaboration with the software provider.
- Drive improvements in reporting through close collaboration with the Business Intelligence team.
- Take on projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, fostering smooth collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Innovate and introduce forward-thinking ideas to continuously improve processes and support long-term business success.
About You:
- You hold a degree in business, statistics, or a related field, demonstrating strong academic grounding.
- You have a minimum of two years of experience in data analytics, ideally within the supply chain or demand & supply planning field.
- You're proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Pivot, and experience with R or Python is a valuable asset.
- You have advanced knowledge of demand and supply planning tools, with expertise in forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization.
- You possess a foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- You're fluent in English, both written and spoken.
