About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain and Operations Analyst to join our team in Sevenum, Netherlands. As a key member of our Supply Chain Excellence department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operations and supply chain processes. Your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving will enable you to drive innovation and improve business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance business processes and supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to design and implement reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Contribute to key projects that drive operational excellence and efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

About You:

  • You hold a degree in business, statistics, or a related field, with a strong analytical foundation.
  • You have initial experience in data analytics, preferably in the supply chain or a related area.
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Pivot, is a must. Experience with R or Python is a strong advantage.
  • You communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
