As a Software Architect at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and architecting complex software solutions for our diverse clients. You will work on challenging projects where you will apply innovative technologies and best practices to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions. You will play a crucial role in guiding development teams, defining technical strategies, and ensuring the quality and scalability of our software products.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will translate client wishes into technical solutions.
- You will design and define software architecture for various projects and client environments.
- You will lead and guide development teams in implementing the software architecture.
- You will evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the development process.
- You will ensure that architecture and design principles, as well as best practices for software development, are followed.
You will be part of one of the units in the Embedded & Systems division, which consists of 230 SW professionals, from junior to senior, from expert to architect, from programmer to Product Owner. You will work in a multidisciplinary SCRUM team and be involved in the entire embedded software development process of high-tech equipment for our clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Capgemini in various ways, such as knowledge sharing, recruitment, and the festive committee. The working atmosphere is informal, and there is plenty of room for social contact and fun.
