Job Overview

The Operations Manager - Global Content Delivery plays a pivotal role in the daily operational execution of the Centralised Adaptation Model (CAM), supporting Senior Managers to ensure global content lands efficiently and effectively in markets with positive impact on brand image and sales revenue.

About the Role

This position requires a team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of operational processes and workflow optimization, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and/or working experience in Marketing, Communication, Operations Management, or a related field, and previous experience in a similar role in marketing, business analytics, or relevant industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Assist in gathering and analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and exploring process improvement potential; participate cross-functionally to discuss operational challenges and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
  • User and Stakeholder Management: Responsible for user management, including updating Market Delivery Distribution Lists, managing external user access to systems and email accounts, providing user trainings, and collaborating cross-functionally to collect data and insights related to teams' operational processes and workflows.
  • Data Management, Reporting, and Documentation: Support collecting and consolidating data from various sources, preparing reports and presentations summarizing findings and performance metrics for stakeholders, and maintaining data dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • A Bachelors degree and/or working experience in Marketing, Communication, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in marketing, business analytics, or relevant industry.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to connect cause-and-effect analysis.
  • Good understanding of data analysis and statistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and data management and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
