Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are stored, handled, and shipped in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement warehouse operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse management role
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
