At DynaGroup, we are committed to providing exceptional logistics services to our clients. As a Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality, health, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality, health, and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality, health, and safety standards are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality, health, and safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, safety management, or environmental science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality, health, and safety role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality, health, and safety regulations and standards, including ISO 9001 and OSHA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform quality, health, and safety decisions.
